How do I know I’m ready for EventLab?
Your business or non-profit produces stable income. You have an established, engaged community of at least 1,000 people. You want to build a deeper relationship and grow the community long term. You want to explore the possibilities of hosting an event or conference.
When should I do EventLab?
We recommend EventLab if you’re thinking of hosting a paid event in the next 1-2 years.
I’ve hosted a conference before, why would I need EventLab?
For our experienced hosts, EventLab is helpful if you’re looking to change from one event format to another, like online conferences to in-person, hybrid or vice versa.
In a constantly changing business and event landscape, EventLab can help you identify ways to refresh your event and bring in a newer audience.
How long does EventLab take?
Your intake homework should take 30-60 minutes to complete after which you’ll schedule your work session. After your work session, you’ll receive your final copy of the ELR within 5 days. From start to finish, most people complete the EventLab process in about 2 weeks.
Why do I need EventLab?
Because it works! Event planning and strategy is at the core of the work that we do. We’d never produce a conference without a solid plan behind it. Defining event strategy with our clients is the best way to achieve success.
